What to expect

Our hot yoga is a special kind of yoga that is practiced in a warm room, usually between 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat in the room helps your muscles loosen up, which makes it easier to stretch and move during the yoga poses. It's like warming up before playing sports, but instead of running or jumping, you're doing yoga!

The warm environment in hot yoga can help you sweat more, which some people believe can help "cleanse" the body by getting rid of toxins. It can also make you feel more flexible and relaxed. Hot yoga classes usually include a series of poses that help you work on your balance, strength, and focus.

Practicing hot yoga can be a fun way to exercise and improve your physical and mental health. It's important to stay hydrated and listen to your body during the class, taking breaks when needed.
