Saturday Wellness: Sound Healing Experience

You’ll be held by the soothing frequencies of Perfect Fifth Crystal Bowls, a sacred harmony known to support and balance the nervous system. It’s less about doing, and more about allowing — giving yourself permission to simply receive.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Begin by settling into stillness, taking a moment to arrive and ground yourself.
  • Be immersed in the gentle, resonant tones of quartz crystal bowls, designed to harmonize both the body and mind.
  • Drift into a state of deep rest, where stress softens, the nervous system resets, and a sense of balance naturally returns.
  • The intention is simple — to create space for your body to recalibrate, your mind to quiet, and your energy to realign. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking emotional balance, or just in need of true rest, this is a space for you.

No experience needed — just come as you are, lie back, and let the sound do the work.

See you there 🤍

Kayla Jay Tizzano is a dedicated space holder, guide, and lifelong student of the human experience. With deep gratitude for the path that has shaped her, Kayla brings a grounded yet expansive presence to her work, inviting others to reconnect with their spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical selves.

Over the past decade, she has devoted herself to personal growth and embodied learning, courageously meeting fear and limiting beliefs with curiosity and compassion. Her journey includes over 1,000 hours of yoga training, thousands of hours in meditation, and certifications as a Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates instructor.

Kayla’s approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins within. She is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel safe to explore their inner world, embrace vulnerability, and reconnect to their own energy and truth. As she continues to evolve, she is currently expanding her studies into Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), integrating tools that support lasting, holistic change.

Known for her ability to listen deeply and connect authentically, Kayla honors each person’s unique story. She believes that when we choose to shift, healing and growth become not only possible, but powerful. In her spaces, all are welcomed exactly as they are—invited to soften, expand, and come home to themselves.
