Bienvenidos a nuestra clase de yoga comunitaria gratuita, ¡impartida por nuestro equipo de dedicados profesores de yoga en formación! Nuestros practicantes han recibido una formación extensa en diversas prácticas de yoga y están emocionados de compartir sus conocimientos con ustedes, y de seguir creciendo y fortaleciendo sus músculos como instructores (¡por así decirlo!). Cada clase presentará un estilo de yoga diferente, como Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, Kundalini y más.
