Aditi M.

Aditi brings over 20 years of experience to her teaching – both as a practitioner and a teacher of yoga. She grew up in India where she was trained in Indian Classical dance from a young age, and yoga was a natural progression.
Aditi’s classes revolve around exploring the strength and flexibility of our mental and physical boundaries. While the classes are suitable for all levels, they may challenge expectations – they require openness to learn, explore and experiment, and the willingness to be patient with oneself.
Aditi teaches a variety of styles – from vinyasa to restorative yoga and meditation. But the styles she enjoys teaching the most are slow-paced, alignment-based Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa practices that encourage students to move with grace and intention, feeling each movement, and allowing the asanas (postures) to bring the transformation we seek in the physical, mental, and spiritual plane.
