Like so many others, Dani found yoga in her own life during a time of healing and self-discovery. During her practice of 6+ years, she has come to realize many benefits of the practice physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Because of this, she felt moved to share and spread the gifts of yoga through teaching asana and meditation. Since earning her yoga teacher certificate with Flow, she has moved on to teach classes at her local gym and now here at Flow Yoga as part of the instructor family!
Dani is passionate about creating an environment of yoga wherein students can have a lived experience of the depth and aliveness of the practice, through their breath, mind, and body. With a firm belief that yoga is available to all bodies and all ability levels, Dani's classes offer many options and modifications for the practitioner to feel liberated in their movement. With that being said, Dani's style does tend to be more Vinyasa-like, favoring dynamic movement and creative sequences to get you out of your head and into the present moment. Always beginner-friendly, Dani is excited to share her offerings and hopes to see you on the mat!

Style: Restorative yoga class Learn about Restorative Yoga class style ›

Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.
