Dustin A.

Dustin Alexander tests his breath against the raw edge of life. From the roar of Rock and Roll stages to the discipline of martial arts, he has always lived where intensity and focus collide. In his latest pursuit, freediving in the treacherous waters of Hawaii’s Big Island, he has put his breathwork to the ultimate test: life or death.

For Dustin, breath isn’t just technique. It’s survival, creativity, and evolution. He discovered its power in martial arts tournaments, on stage as a heavy metal vocalist, and in the turbulence of everyday struggle. In 2020, he became a SOMA Breath Certified Breathwork Instructor, committed to guiding others into altered states of awakening, clarity, and power.

With a background in music composition and performance, Dustin weaves an artistic, psychedelic edge into his breathwork events, creating experiences that feel more like ceremonies than classes. Whether diving into the ocean’s abyss, exploring ancient trails across the world, or composing soundscapes that bend the mind, he embodies the philosophy he teaches: the breath is the conductor of the nervous system’s orchestra.

Join Dustin in the symphony of breathwork and discover what lies beyond comfort, beyond fear, beyond the surface.

Immerse yourself in a meditative practice designed to guide you inward, inviting you to connect with the subtle dimensions of your awareness. Rooted in the ancient art of Pranayama, which blends Prana (vital energy) with Yama (restraint), this class creates a space where you will explore the natural ebb and flow of your life force energy.Whether you’re new to breathwork or deepening your practice, Mandy’s sessions offer a safe, welcoming sanctuary where you can simply be. As you practice the two-part breath technique, your mind will be given permission to relax, creating space for your body to release the messages hidden beneath the surface. With every breath, you will uncover deeper layers of yourself, revealing moments of liberation, clarity, and profound self-realization.Each session is unique, and you will receive exactly what you need in the moment. As you journey through the breathwork, you will be gently supported by meditation, sound healing, and a peaceful savasana, allowing you to integrate and ground the transformative energies you’ve accessed.Come as you are—this class is for everyone, and you will leave feeling more connected, centered, and restored. Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat.
