Y.A.Y Yoga provides students with intuitive programs and lessons geared towards activating the 7 chakras through breathwork, meditation, and yoga to create a balanced life. Yin And Yang is meant to represent the balance within oneself. Y.A.Y Yoga strives to help all of our members live a balanced lifestyle through our carefully constructed courses and lessons. This internal balance allows one to easily identify and activate all 7 chakras and lived a fulfilled life. Our Yoga philosophy stems from traditional Himalayan Kundalini Yoga practices with an added emphasis on breathwork and spiritual healing.
Y.A.Y Yoga is a community to find peace and clarity while on your yoga journey. Whether this is your first time, or you are an experienced yogi we welcome you with open arms.

Heather McArdle is a spiritual healer, sound healer, and certified Kundalini yoga instructor. Her purpose is to anchor in heaven on Earth in this lifetime using the Akashic Records. Specializing in feminine energy, Heather’s goal for her clients is to help them build confidence, authenticity, and embody their highest timeline.

By learning Authentic Relating skills, you can drop your conditioned relational habits, and learn to relate with yourself and others from a deeper more authentic expression of your truth.You'll be led through exercises designed to help you heal your relationship with yourself, and learn to be comfortable in your own skin—then connect with others as your newfound 'authentic' self.
