Ingrid found her personal practice in 2015 when a friend invited her to a heated Vinyasa class. Although she had always had an interest in yoga, it wasn't until that day that she realized the impact it would make in her life. By the time Ingrid had completed her second class she knew she wanted to share this practice with anyone who would listen.

Fast forward five years, in the midst of a global pandemic, Ingrid dove right in and enrolled to become a 200-hour CYT -- one of the best decisions she's ever made. Over the years her personal practice has changed quite a bit, shifting from a more physical based practice to a more introspective practice by integrating the eight limbs of yoga into her life, which she enjoys sharing with others.

Ingrid creates her sequences with accessibility in mind and always works to support her students where they are in their journey. In her classes you'll find creative sequencing and a supportive partner by your side.
