For over 20 years, I explored various modalities of yoga, searching for the one that truly felt right for me and aligned with my personal journey. Becoming a yoga teacher has always been a dream of mine, but life’s timing often kept that dream on hold. It wasn’t until I discovered Kundalini yoga during a particularly challenging chapter—marked by multiple moves across the globe and the emotional toll of the Covid years—that I found a practice that resonated deeply with my heart and soul. Kundalini yoga became an essential tool for managing my anxiety and balancing my emotional state, offering the grounding and clarity I had been seeking. It felt like the missing piece, aligning perfectly with my journey of self-discovery and healing.
Inspired by this profound connection, I finally took the step to become a Kundalini yoga teacher. Although I am relatively new to teaching, with less than a year of experience, my spiritual journey has been rich and expansive. These experiences allow me to support and guide others with confidence and compassion, helping them navigate their own paths to greater balance, openness, and self-awareness. My mission as a teacher is to provide practical tools and guidance that help others manage stress, find balance, and cultivate a more open-hearted and centered way of living.
