at 3rd EyeJoin us for a sacred evening of remembrance, awakening, and vibrational healing.
As the veil between worlds grows thin, we gather in community to honor our ancestors and loved ones who have passed. This ceremonial journey blends the transformative energy of Kundalini yoga with the deep, restorative power of gong sound healing, guiding us into a space where healing, connection, and spiritual insight can arise. Chanting such as Dharti Hai (done at sunset) and Akal (to honored those who have passed) may also be used.
An ancestral altar (ofrenda) will be lovingly prepared — you are invited to bring photos, flowers, or small offerings to place on the altar in remembrance of those who have crossed over. This is a space to honor, release, and reconnect through movement, breath, sound, and stillness.
Let us breathe, rise, and resonate together — across time, space, and spirit.
Madeleine Tilin brings 29 years of her love affair with the yogic path — as a teacher and student— to her students. She is passionate about helping others find ways to live with a sense of embodied and grounded joy. Her extensive yogic knowledge draws on various forms of vinyasa informed sequencing and kundalini informed meditation, kriya, mantra and pranayama techniques. Her passion for yogic philosophy and mantra will infuse her kundalini and hatha yoga classes at Flow. As photographer and writer, she offers a unique perspective when speaking to the physical, spiritual, symbolic and creative aspects of life on and off the mat.
Madeleine has countless hours (1000+) in many aspects of yogic training. Studies include: 300- hour KRI certified through Yoga Yoga, Austin, 1-year Immense Grace Women’s Kundalini Leadership program, Ra Ma Institute Los Angeles; 360 hours with Radiant Body Yoga certification with Kia Miller (including in-depth mantra, sadhana immersion and teacher training). She completed teacher trainings with Tias Little of Prajna Yoga, John Friend of Anusara yoga, and countless other shorter, but no less significant, areas of yogic study. She's taught yoga since the 1990’s in Austin, Santa Fe, Berkeley and Oakland — but took a significant break while parenting her now college aged children to focus on family, her photography business and deepening her own yogic studies.
Creator of the Soul Shift Program, she hosts Soul Shift yoga and creativity retreats and offers private yoga and spiritual coaching sessions.
