Hatha Yoga in Austin Texas on 2025-10-05 at 10 - 11:15am

3rd Eye in Austin TexasOlexandra P.

One hour with just you and pure energy on the mat, the perfect time to stop worries and thoughts. My name is Olexandra I am a teacher of hatha yoga, which in Sanskrit means "hatha" - strength, perseverance, absolute necessity, and "yoga" - connection, unity, curbing the mind.My journey started 9 years ago when I first came to a yoga camp and got acquainted with different types of yoga, meditation, mantras, and chanting and immediately dived into this wonderful world! Having visited India, and Nepal, I got even more convinced that yoga plays a substantial role in my life, and now I want to share with other people my knowledge and see my destiny in serving the world this way.The great sages of the past left us a remarkable legacy in the form of yoga, which not only helps us to be healthy physically but also helps us mentally, with our fears and anxieties.I believe that through the physical body, we can work with the energy in the chakras and the soul. The entire universe is in us, you just need to believe in it and yoga will help you to feel it.Join me for this rejuvenating hatha yoga and meditation class.Read class details

When you clear, you become clear. In a world of constant stimulation, mental overwhelm, and chronic stress, many of us have become detached, disconnected, and numb. Somatic Breathwork is a practice that brings you back into the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the heart.Through intentional, connected breathing, you’ll release what’s been suppressed or repressed, regulate your nervous system, and open to elevated emotions, higher vision, and moments of clarity. This isn’t about pushing or performing — it’s about deep listening. Honoring what you feel and giving yourself permission to let it move, so you can set yourself free.In community, you’ll be supported to go deeper — reminded that you are safe, connected, and never alone. Each session is unique, but you can expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your authentic self.Come as you are. Breathe. Release. Remember. Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat.

We hold more than we realize — trapped emotions, inherited patterns, and unprocessed trauma that live in the body. Left unresolved, these blocks can dim our light, drain our energy, and keep us from fully thriving.EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique — often called Tapping — is a simple yet powerful practice that blends Chinese Medicine & modern psychology. By gently tapping on specific points of the body, we send a calming message to the brain, relaxing the nervous system, and interrupting old patterns. This process releases stuck energy, dissolves limiting beliefs, and opens the way for emotional healing through forgiveness, compassion, and self-love.In this guided 60-minute session, you’ll experience the freedom that comes when emotions are given space to move and the heart permission to heal. The result? Peace in your body, clarity in your mind, and a deeper connection to yourself.“I felt lighter after one class than I have in years of therapy. It was like a weight lifted off my chest.” – StudentCome as you are.Tap. Release. Release. As you practice the two-part breath technique, your mind will be given permission to relax, creating space for your body to release the messages hidden beneath the surface. With every breath, you will uncover deeper layers of yourself, revealing moments of liberation, clarity, and profound self-realization.Each session is unique, and you will receive exactly what you need in the moment. As you journey through the breathwork, you will be gently supported by meditation, sound healing, and a peaceful savasana, allowing you to integrate and ground the transformative energies you’ve accessed.Come as you are—this class is for everyone, and you will leave feeling more connected, centered, and restored. Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. Classes take place in the Alma room located in the front courtyard of Casa de Luz. *While we do have a limited number of mats available, we may not have enough for every student in larger classes. This 2-hour extended class is designed to help you mentally, emotionally, and physically process the week, so you can enter your weekend feeling grounded, clear, and reconnected. We begin with 75 minutes of mindful, slow-flow vinyasa — a grounding and spacious practice that links breath with movement to open the body, quiet the mind, and bring you into the present moment. This flow is intentional and unhurried, giving you space to move with awareness and release tension. Then we shift inward with 30 minutes of pranayama (breathwork) to regulate your nervous system, increase energy flow, and create inner spaciousness. Breath becomes the bridge between body and mind, helping to clear residual stress or mental clutter. We’ll close with 15 minutes of meditation, allowing you to settle into stillness, integrate the benefits of your practice, and leave with a sense of calm clarity. This class is your opportunity to reset and renew — to unpack whatever the week has held, and make space for the weekend ahead. All levels welcome. Come as you are — leave lighter.Read class details

Step into a sacred container where breath meets voice, silence meets sound, and the soul remembers itself. The Sacred Exhale: A Breath & Sound Immersion is a collaborative experience guided by Mandy Kleint and Gregory Alexander — two passionate facilitators devoted to the healing power of presence, vibration, and embodiment. This 90-minute experience invites you into the sanctuary of your breath through Mandy’s restorative breathwork journey — a practice rooted in ancient pranayama and modern trauma-informed healing. Through a gentle two-part breath, you’ll be guided inward to soften the mind, open the heart, and release what no longer serves. As the breath deepens, Gregory will weave improvised vocal soundscapes, harmonic layering, and live instrumentation — crystal bowls, chimes, drum, gong, bells, and more — creating a cocoon of pure vibration that resonates through every cell of your being. His voice, described as “a magician’s spell and a balm for the soul,” amplifies the energetic realignments initiated by the breath. This is not performance. It is communion — between you and yourself, you and the unseen, you and the frequencies that remember wholeness. What to expect:Guided two-part breathwork to open the heart, calm the nervous system, and release stagnation.Improvised soundscapes featuring vibrations of singing bowls, channeled vocals, bells, gong, rattles, shakers, native flute, and guitar.A deeply resonant vibrational experience that supports emotional and energetic alignment.Gentle guided meditation and grounding practices to integrate the experience. No experience is required. Come as you are, breathe as you are, and be held in the healing resonance of your own truth. Please bring a yoga mat and anything to help you feel deeply comfortable: blanket, pillow, eye mask, journal, or sacred object.Arrival time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.Read class details

Release.
