This is not for beginners who are brand new to breathwork basics — you’ll get more if you already understand Superventilation fundamentals.
 

WHAT TO BRING

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket or cozy layer
  • Water bottle
  • Optional: eye mask, pillow, journal
     

Please fast at least 2 hours before the session. Light meals are fine; avoid heavy or excessive food. 
Arrive hydrated, grounded, and open.

Meet your host

JJ is a Human Optimization Strategist.

He found his path into the world of Optimal Breathing in 2015 after visiting his hometown at 13000 ft of altitude. When he arrived, he suffered from lack of Oxygen and altitude sickness.

That's what got him curious about the power of breathing and started his adventure through several schools and certifications of Breathwork.
