Katie is a Certified Life Coach and brings mindset work, somatic experiencing, and emotional processing into her teachings and guidance. This particular practice of Compassionate Self-Forgiveness comes from the University of Santa Monica’s Spiritual Psychology program.
Stephanie is a yoga studio owner and passionate community builder, creating a space rooted in her deep love of movement, healing, and connection. A mother of three and a devoted explorer of the inner world, her teachings reflect her personal practice—embodied, heart-led, and ever evolving.
Her classes offer a space to slow down and become more intimate with what’s here. Through breath, movement, and stillness, she invites you to feel what’s true in your body and let that be enough. With gentle guidance and open curiosity, she holds space for people to soften, release, and reconnect—without needing to fix or force anything.
An Aquarian at heart, she honors the wild, intuitive, and expressive spirit in all of us, and believes in creating spaces where we can safely unravel and reawaken. Her greatest joy is watching others come home to themselves—through breath, through movement, through community.
