What to expect

Hatha yoga is a versatile practice that adheres to baby yogis, just starting out and experienced practitioners, looking to build upon seasoned flexibility and strength. A well-rounded practice that balances and opens the body, this style of yoga stills the mind… and teaches you to exist, fully, in the present moment.

Benefits of Hatha Yoga

While increased flexibility and strength are key components, Hatha Yoga also leads to the usual benefits that you commonly find yogis buzzing with - reduced stress, increased energy, lower blood pressure and better sleep.

Is Hatha For You?

Well, how's your patience? Or, should I ask - how would you LIKE your patience to be? Would you like to learn more about the foundation, alignment and detail of each and every pose?

Most Hatha classes move at a slower pace and give you a chance to to really dive deep into the pose, mentally and physically. So, as I mentioned - it is a great option for beginners because it teaches you the basics and foundations of the yoga practice. And, for experienced students, it’s an opportunity to increase your flexibility, strengthen your muscles and practice some of your favorite balances.

If you’re looking to move and sweat, maybe check out our Vinyasa classes. If you want a passive, delicate flow, our Gentle Yoga practices are great options! If you want to experience a nuanced practice, increasing flexibility at a slow, steady, strong pace - say hi to Hatha."

This studio offers many different types of classes. I signed up for unlimited classes for the first month and tried all sorts of yoga types I had never experienced before- I really enjoyed trying different styles and instructors! The vibe is very relaxed and non pretentious. The facility is clean and relaxing with a good location close to downtown.

I just moved into the area and I’ve already found my new yoga studio. You can’t beat the ‘$30 for 30 days’ offer and there are plenty of classes to choose from for all levels. The teachers and students are friendly and welcoming. And the studio is well-equipped and really beautiful. I look forward to coming here every week. Whether you are new to yoga or a 25 year veteran, you’ll love it here. Highly recommend!!

I visited Flow Yoga in March and ended up joining in April because the experience was that good. The classes, instructors, and staff are consistently amazing — welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing. As a 27‑year military veteran, I deal with chronic pain and tension. Flow Yoga has been one of the few places that has truly helped me manage pain, relax, and reconnect with my body in a supportive way. Every class feels intentional, accessible, and grounding. The environment is peaceful, the community is kind, and the quality of teaching is exceptional. I’m grateful to have found a place that supports both physical healing and mental calm. Highly recommend.
