What to expect

Flow classes are intended to provide a middle ground for the Yang practices. Blending elements of vinyasa and hatha, flowing and holding, while also allowing for creative interpretation individual to each of your incredible Flow Instructors.

Flow is slower paced than your vinyasa classes but faster and more succinct than a Hatha practice. Classes will have elements of flowing sequences as well as extended holds so that practitioners can get aspects of expression and structure in a balanced and all levels friendly container. The degree to which each element is present will be individual to the teacher but regardless this class is inclusive to all.

The main goal of this style of yoga is to create a state of calmness and balance while finding strength. You can also perform it as a form of moving meditation. It helps bring the body into a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness by working with the breath and practicing mindful movements and holds in a slow and gentle manner.

One of the most popular yoga myths is the belief that you need to be flexible before ever setting foot on a mat. The truth is, flexibility isn’t a prerequisite. In fact, a regular yoga practice will actually help you become more flexible over time. Increased flexibility can help decrease the risk of injuries, create a better range of motion of joints, lengthen muscles, improve balance and overall health!Flexibility + mobility is a fun, judgment-free space, suitable for all levels. In this class we will work on different muscle groups and joints each week, using yoga, mobility, and stability techniques as well as Myofascial release to improve range of motion and flexibility. Props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, and tennis balls will be used to target specific areas and help ease your body into the poses and stretches. Modifications and options will be offered throughout the class.Read class details

Yoga classes move fast. Your body moves uniquely. This is your space to get curious, try things on, and ditch the pressure to do it ‘right.’Join us as we reimagine alignment with a chill, eye-opening workshop where we dive into yoga postures from the ground up. Whether you're brand new to the mat or you've been flowing for years, this is your chance to tune into what feels right for your unique self, instead of chasing someone else's perfect shape.Led by our awesome duo: Claire, a rad yoga teacher with a knack for making things personal, and Jenny, our go-to expert on yoga and mobility. They're both super curious about how bodies actually move, and they're all about helping yoga work for you, not against you. We'll mix things up with:Interactive chats and hands-on exploration, ask all the questions, try variations, and play with props that actually support your range, stability, and whatever your body needs that day.Breaking down the basics: What's the difference between those old-school alignment cues and the *optimal* version that honors your structure, breath, and goals?Real talk on mobility, strength, and nervous system, how they shape how poses feel, and why that matters.Your toolkit for tweaks: Practical ways to modify shapes based on your anatomy, energy levels, and what you're feeling in the moment. And to wrap it up? We'll flow through an integrated sequence where you get to test drive everything you've learned, turning theory into that "aha" embodied wisdom you can take into any class. This isn't about fitting into a mold, it's a big exhale from the comparison game and a step into trusting your body's own smarts. Come slow down, get curious, and remember: yoga's magic isn't in the shape, it's in how it lands when you're fully *there*.Spots are limited, so grab yours and let's make this happen together!Read class details

Started yoga January 2020 and did not get many classes in before the world stopped. Between that and years following by caretaking and retirement, I have been not connected to any community. Flow Yoga has a vibe that reminds me of grad school, with interesting students and widely divergent instructors. Every class reflects the teacher and with so many classes and teachers available it would difficult to call this school routine or dull. Plus an unexpected bonus is their active events reflecting holidays, retreats and mediations on special subjects. I waited to join until my mat from Liforme arrived, but I need not waited as there are mats available. I felt foolish being a beginner and getting a pro mat, but it’s added to my overall enjoyment. After my trial membership, I chose the unlimited membership as I show up two to three times a week and enjoy the time spent there. I can not say the same for gyms I have signed up for previously, but it’s very similar to being in a martial arts school with the positivity and encouragement in abundance for its students.

1. The service: the intentional greeting upon arrival is so warm, flattering, and starts the session out with positive energy! Dina has amazing energy, and makes everyone feel so welcome. She is very kind and patience. 2. The experience: I’ve never participated in group meditation classes until now, and this has exceeded my expectations. The guidance during these sessions is unparalleled. That is an element of the practice that is typically missing from self guided sessions, for me. The level of expertise provided, from the sounds, to the focus reminders, etc, provided make for an experience like no other. 3. The environment: you walk in and are met with a well maintained, clean, fresh, environment, with high quality work out equipment- The plants are healthy and thriving, the tea being served is hot and fresh. 4. The products: we purchased a quality Tarot Card Holder from this location, and it is fantastic, with a gorgeous design.

I love coming to Flow Yoga! Great teachers ( Tylee and Kelly) and the classes never disappoint. I have bad arthritis in my hips and these classes have helped me improve considerably.

I am loving my new yoga home! Having practiced for many years in a number of different cities, Yoga Flow may be my all time favorite. It has a great vibe whether your class is in the sun room or the moon room. There is a wide variety of classes to meet everyone’s needs. But I think what I was most impressed with was just how clean it always is. The studios are always super clean and smell great as are the bathrooms. The teachers are also amazing with lots of knowledge to share! I love it!

I had an excellent experience with Flow Yoga for a private event yoga session that I had for me and my friends! Jenny did a great job communicating/coordinating with me for some last minute logistics. Katie was a great teacher, and brought a very calming energy that was much appreciated! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my private class, and know I will be back for more classes at Flow!

Heated & non heated vinyasa flows are my favorite and Keely & Lindzi are amazing instructors! You can tell they practice yoga consistently and love it because they lead the class gracefully which makes it easy to flow along with them. And they know how to incorporate faster rhythms and challenges with time under tension. You get stretching, strengthening and some yummy chai tea to sip on after class.

Highly recommend FLOW YOGA. The leadership is fantastic and the rooms are super clean. My favorite class is Yoga Nidra, with Meditation & Sound. A totally relaxing experience that I look forward to every week. Kelly changes it up each time by including beneficial research and practicing positivity!
