What to expect

Flow classes are intended to provide a middle ground for the Yang practices. Blending elements of vinyasa and hatha, flowing and holding, while also allowing for creative interpretation individual to each of your incredible Flow Instructors.

Flow is slower paced than your vinyasa classes but faster and more succinct than a Hatha practice. Classes will have elements of flowing sequences as well as extended holds so that practitioners can get aspects of expression and structure in a balanced and all levels friendly container. The degree to which each element is present will be individual to the teacher but regardless this class is inclusive to all.

The main goal of this style of yoga is to create a state of calmness and balance while finding strength. You can also perform it as a form of moving meditation. It helps bring the body into a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness by working with the breath and practicing mindful movements and holds in a slow and gentle manner.

One of the most popular yoga myths is the belief that you need to be flexible before ever setting foot on a mat. The truth is, flexibility isn’t a prerequisite. In fact, a regular yoga practice will actually help you become more flexible over time. Increased flexibility can help decrease the risk of injuries, create a better range of motion of joints, lengthen muscles, improve balance and overall health!Flexibility + mobility is a fun, judgment-free space, suitable for all levels. In this class we will work on different muscle groups and joints each week, using yoga, mobility, and stability techniques as well as Myofascial release to improve range of motion and flexibility. Props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, and tennis balls will be used to target specific areas and help ease your body into the poses and stretches. Modifications and options will be offered throughout the class.

Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.

Join us for a unique evening of reflection and energy alignment under the Aries New Moon and Partial Solar Eclipse. This powerful cosmic event is a time to embrace change and release old patterns, allowing space for new possibilities to unfold naturally. Through a grounding all -levels yoga flow, meditation, and sound bath, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to navigate the transformative energy of the eclipse. Why Approach the New Moon Differently During an Eclipse? While the Aries New Moon typically encourages bold intentions and fresh starts, the added influence of the eclipse invites us to pause, reflect, and let go. Eclipses bring heightened energy and unexpected shifts, making them ideal for surrendering control and trusting the universe to guide you toward what’s meant for you.No prior yoga experience is necessary. You’re guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed, at ease, and rejuvenated—a perfect way to practice self-care during the New Moon. Feel free to bring a journal and something to write with for reflection. Why Celebrate the New Moon? The New Moon symbolizes a fresh start, offering an opportunity to pause, reflect, and set your intentions for growth and transformation. It’s a powerful time to realign with your dreams and desires while letting go of what no longer serves you.Reserve your spot in advance—this event fills up quickly! We can’t wait to share this magical evening with you.

In this event, Woytek will guide you towards consciously creating effective, spiritual yet practical intentions. This is based on a number of teachings pertaining to joyful manifestation & receiving!During this event, after a brief introduction to the topic, you will create your intention and put it into material expression by writing, drawing, etc. Then, with assistance of various instruments- gong, crystal bowls, didgeridoo, flute and Tibetan long horn, you will empower your intention with your thoughts and energy, and then absorb the essence of your creation in receiving mode, eventually releasing it to the universe for perfect manifestation! This event is intended for a relatively intimate group within the Moon Room, wherein subdued lighting & resonant acoustics will assist you in deeply focusing in this journey. Spots are limited.~No experience necessary- Just bring your heart, maybe a friend and a journal or something to write in!
