Now more than ever, we can benefit from mindfulness and meditation as a soothing anchor in our daily lives. Have you been curious about how a short daily practice might change your day to day? Or perhaps you already have an established practice and need some inspiration to keep things fresh? Wherever you are on your path, you are welcome to join our wonderful community in deepening your study of mindfulness, meditation and ritual.

Join Jacq for 4 weeks of learning, practicing, and being in sangha as a way to build or deepen your connection with the greatest gift of all: the present moment. Expect lecture, experiential learning, a mini workbook, and guidance for how to build a simple, sustainable, and powerful home practice.

In this month long course, you’ll

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the 4 foundations of mindfulness
  • Learn 4 different accessible meditation techniques
  • Use your mini workbook for self inquiry, comprehension, and notes to return to during your home practice
  • Understand the importance of ritual
    Utilize mudra and mantra as supporting elements for your practice
  • Build a sustainable, regular home practice, no matter your life circumstances

Early bird  is $175 and ends April 20, full price is $215 thereafter

Meet your host

Jacq is a mama of 2 and a movement teacher for nearly two decades. She leads Yoga Teacher Trainings around the globe and is sought after for her illuminating wisdom, quirky sense of humor, and her unique approach to honoring the practice with deep reverence. Her teachings are inclusive, empowering, and rooted in yogic philosophy.
