The full moon marks the end of the lunar cycle, a time to release and let go. This special event is an opportunity to remove stuck energy, clarify our intentions, reset and renew the body and mind.

No prior yoga experience necessary. You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed and at ease - what a wonderful way to practice self-care during the Full Moon.
Why we celebrate and meditate together on the full moon:
On the full moon, the sun’s radiance is strongest – reflected both from the earth and from the moon to the earth.
With the moon’s alignment to the earth, you have the opportunity to release, cleanse and completes cycles, patterns and recurring situations. It’s a time when you can reset your course.
Registration in advance is highly recommended as this event fills up fast.
Kelly began Flow-based Hatha teacher training in 2013 and has not stopped practicing, learning and teaching yoga since then. She teaches Hatha, Gentle Flow, Chair, Kundalini, Flexibility, and Yin— incorporating healing music, breath awareness, meditation practices, and sound healing relaxation with the Gong and singing bowls.
Angela is an E-RYT 500 instructor, and a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher. She holds a BS in Elementary Education, and is a Reiki Master/Teacher + Sound Healing Practitioner. She graduated from Yoga Yoga in 2010. Her style of teaching is based in the Hatha tradition. Her classes are welcoming, fun, and beginner-friendly.
Winnie is a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, and travel enthusiast dedicated to helping individuals find healing, connection, strength, and inner peace through her teachings, guidance, and retreat experiences.
Winnie has been practicing yoga since 2009, utilizing her practice as a tool for anxiety management, physical therapy, and self-discovery. She quickly fell in love with the transformative power of yoga and its ability to restore the mind, body, and spirit. Her mission is to bring individuals back to their natural state of being, where ease, authenticity, and relaxation are at the forefront of their lives. Her teachings are grounded in the principles of mindfulness, self-care, and self-love.
