As we let go of the old year and step boldly into the new, join Kimberly Wharton for a special All Levels Slow Flow Yoga practice on New Year’s Day. This class invites you to release what no longer serves you—whether it's physical tension, old patterns, or limiting beliefs—creating space to embrace fresh energy and new possibilities for the year ahead.

Through mindful movement, breath, and presence, we’ll honor the beauty of letting go, knowing that we are whole and complete in this moment. There’s nothing missing, only the endless potential for growth and transformation. Grounding ourselves in the present, we’ll plant seeds of intention for the year to come, nurturing them with self-awareness and inner strength.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class provides a welcoming space to slow down, reflect, and set powerful intentions as we step into the future with clarity, renewal, and purpose. Join Kimberly at Flow Yoga North Loop on New Year’s Day and start your year with intention and peace.

Meet your host

Kimberly is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor who has taught in NYC, LA and now Austin during her 20 year career. While in Austin, she has taught well over 4,000 classes as well as teacher trainings and both local and International retreats.

Her training began in NYC in ISHTA Yoga, the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda with Alan Finger. She has gone thru additional trainings with Kia Miller (Yoga Works techniques), Jasmine Lieb (Therapeutics), Judith Lasater (Restoratives) and Jillian Pransky (Restoratives). And is continually expanding her knowledge, having the opportunity to learn from Leslie Kaminoff, Max Strom, Gary Kraftsow, Shari Goodhartz (Anusara based), Dr. Richard Miller and more.
In addition to teaching at Flow Yoga, you can find her teaching at Cancer Rehab & Integrative Medicine. She has been featured in articles in both ‘Backstage Magazine’ and recently in ‘Voyage Austin’.
She holds a lighthearted space, focusing on breath, alignment, and self inquiry.
