As the seasons shift and the energy of spring awakens, our bodies naturally seek renewal, clarity, and vitality. According to Ayurveda, spring is governed by the Kapha dosha, and the dominant elements of Earth and Water—characterized by moisture, heaviness, and coolness. To harmonize with this season’s energetics, it is essential to incorporate practices that support lightness, movement, and cleansing.
In this workshop, you’ll discover a simple yet powerful 5-step daily routine designed to help you transition smoothly into spring, releasing stagnation and embracing renewed energy. Through ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and practical tools, you’ll learn how to create a morning ritual that invigorates your body, mind, and spirit.
Tongue Scraping – Remove toxins and stimulate digestion for a fresh start each morning.
Drinking a Cup of Hot Water – Gently awaken your digestive fire and support detoxification.
Energizing Yoga – Move with intention to clear stagnation and boost circulation.
Cleansing Breathwork – Purify the lungs, uplift your energy, and enhance mental clarity.
Active Meditation – Cultivate mindful awareness within active alertness, and embrace the dynamic energy of the season.
Join us for this seasonal reset and leave with practical tools to integrate these five steps into your daily life, supporting your well-being as you step into the vibrant energy of spring. 🌸
Who is this for? Anyone looking to refresh their daily routine, embrace Ayurvedic wisdom, and cultivate more energy, clarity, and balance this spring.
