Healing the Mother Wound: EFT Tapping, Breathwork, Sound Experience At 3rd Eye with Mandy Kleint &.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as "Tapping," is a combination of Chinese medicine and modern psychology that helps relax the nervous system, release unwanted stress, and free us from unresolved trauma. As we tap on the meridian points of our body we send a calming message to the brain lowering our cortisol and allowing new positive neural pathways to develop.
Restorative Breathwork is a meditative practice developed to move us inward toward more subtle dimensions of awareness. The circular breath technique gives permission for the mind to relax which then gives way for the body to display what messages lie beneath the surface. With every layer, prepare to uncover deeper aspects of yourself which can lead to feelings of liberation or increased self-realization.
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing, arrive with an empty stomach and bring your own yoga mat, blanket, journal/pen and any other items to make yourself comfortable (pillow, eye mask, etc.).

Yoga helps with weight management like a personal trainer, only without the whistle and clipboard. It can help you build lean muscle mass, increase metabolism, and reduce stress, all of which can contribute to weight loss and maintenance. Plus, it's a lot more fun than counting calories.
Yoga can definitely help with weight loss, but it's not a magic solution. It burns calories, builds muscle, and can help reduce stress-related eating. Plus, it's a lot more fun than spending hours on the treadmill.
Yoga helps with joint health like a well-oiled machine, keeping your joints flexible and lubricated. It can help improve range of motion, reduce stiffness and inflammation, and prevent joint injuries. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than getting a tune-up at the mechanic's shop.
The breath is like the DJ of your yoga practice - it sets the rhythm and keeps everything flowing smoothly. It helps you stay focused, calm, and connected to your body as you move through the poses.
Expect to feel like a human pretzel at times, but don't worry, you'll eventually become a master of the art of twisting and bending. You'll also likely experience a sense of calm and relaxation, and possibly even a newfound appreciation for your body and its capabilities.
