Originally from the Big Island of Hawaii, Fiona Emley is a Somatic Healing Coach with over 20 years on the path of self-discovery and spiritual healing. Her work moves through the emotional and spiritual realms, helping people release stress, trapped emotions, and unresolved trauma. With a passion for transformation, awakening, and somatic healing, she guides others back to their truth—supporting them in stepping into their most authentic selves.
Fiona teaches three powerful offerings—Vibrate the Cosmos, Somatic Breathwork, and EFT Tapping—each designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and intuitive connection. Her classes guide you into states of deep insight, inner clarity, and soul alignment.
