Saturdays are for connection—and a little bit of chaos!
This is not your average yoga class. It’s a playful, relaxed time to move, breathe, and bond with your kids and loved ones. We’ll stretch like animals, balance like trees, and laugh our way through poses together. Expect kid-friendly yoga flows, partner poses, fun breathing techniques ("dragon breaths" and "balloon bellies" anyone?), yoga-inspired games, and curious conversations that spark imagination and connection.
No yoga experience needed—just a willingness to move, giggle, and be present. Pajamas optional, joy guaranteed.
Minimum age 5 years old. *Parents must attend with their kids*
Lauren has been practicing yoga for 16 years and loves working with beginners and children. She is a mama to three little yogis, a holistic health and wellness coach, educator, and graduate student. Her goal is to cultivate mindfulness from preschool to higher education.
