Looking for a way to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a fun, supportive space? This experience blends the best of somatic movement, yoga, and intuitive dance—all set to a live DJ soundtrack—to help you feel more grounded, free, and fully alive.
What to Expect:
Find Your Flow: We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and simple yoga-inspired movements to ease into your body.
Guided Movement Journey: Gently led somatic prompts will invite curiosity, connection, and creative expression.
Free Movement: Let the rhythm carry you into your own unique flow. Dance, sway, stretch, or be still—this is your space to move however you feel.
Stillness + Reflection: We’ll close with a short integration to help you land and return to yourself.
Community Hang: Afterward, relax with tea, snacks, and conversation in our cozy gathering space.
Before We Move:
We’ll start with a short circle to introduce the experience, share the "container agreements," and open the floor for questions. This helps us all feel safe, seen, and ready to explore.
Container Agreements:
To create a respectful and nourishing space, we ask that everyone observe the following:
This workshop is open to every body—no dance or yoga experience needed. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned mover, you are welcome here.
Bring comfy clothes, water, and a journal if you like to reflect afterward.
Come as you are. Leave feeling refreshed, connected, and lit up from the inside out.
As a lifelong athlete and health enthusiast, Kris thought she knew quite a bit about movement until she found yoga. The practice gave her something years of athletics never did, inner guidance, peace, and navigating the mind and emotions.
She has nearly 10 years of teaching experience and has created multiple programs of her own, ranging from corporate wellness programs to yoga on the beach to moon circles. She is known for guiding students through ways to self-adjust so that they can find awareness in their bodies they never had accessed before. Continuing her education in yoga therapy has given her an even more unique teaching style and she can’t wait to see you on the mat.
