at GeorgetownA Night of Yin, Sound & Reflection: A Free Community Offering from Flow Yoga Georgetown
As we complete 2025 and prepare to cross into a new year, you’re invited to an evening of gentle release, reflection, and renewal.
We’ll begin the evening by tuning in with the sacred vibration of Om, grounding and opening our hearts through smudging & anointing with essential oils. Together, we’ll set intentions for the evening — honoring the journey of 2025 and all the experiences that have shaped us & prepared us for what 2026 has in store for our own soul evolvement.
Through guided journaling, we’ll explore:
From there, we’ll move into our yearly tradition of our collective mandala creation; representing a sacred art of the earth together!
You’re invited to bring natural materials (stones, flowers, shells, leaves, herbs, crystals, etc.) to contribute. Together, we’ll create a mandala on the floor — a visual prayer representing our shared journey and intentions.
Once the mandala is complete, each participant will place their word for 2026 within it. As we enter our Yin & Sound practice we’ll release what no longer serves and open the body’s channels for renewal.
We’ll close with a meditation and sound bath, infusing the mandala and our words with loving vibration, sending our intentions into the universe through resonance and rest.
Come to this free offering to plant the seeds of your new year in sacred community - a gift to our Flow Yoga community, with love and gratitude!
Stephanie is a yoga studio owner and passionate community builder, creating a space rooted in her deep love of movement, healing, and connection. A mother of three and a devoted explorer of the inner world, her teachings reflect her personal practice—embodied, heart-led, and ever evolving.
Her classes offer a space to slow down and become more intimate with what’s here. Through breath, movement, and stillness, she invites you to feel what’s true in your body and let that be enough. With gentle guidance and open curiosity, she holds space for people to soften, release, and reconnect—without needing to fix or force anything.
An Aquarian at heart, she honors the wild, intuitive, and expressive spirit in all of us, and believes in creating spaces where we can safely unravel and reawaken. Her greatest joy is watching others come home to themselves—through breath, through movement, through community.
