No prior experience with Ayurveda is necessary, just curiosity and a desire to feel more balanced in daily life.
Bonnie Volkert, RN, RYT, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor is an experienced yoga teacher and registered nurse with advanced training in Ayurvedic medicine. She brings a unique integrative perspective that bridges ancient wisdom and modern healthcare. Bonnie trained with YogaFit and Om Yoga Journey and has spent years helping students reconnect with their natural rhythms through yoga, lifestyle practices, and Ayurveda.
Her interest in Ayurveda began as a personal journey—seeking answers for her own health that were not fully addressed by Western medicine alone. Through Ayurveda, she discovered practical, sustainable ways to increase energy, improve sleep, manage stress, and support overall wellbeing. In her Ayurvedic Reset class, Bonnie offers accessible tools to help students structure their day according to Ayurvedic principles, empowering them to feel more balanced, resilient, and aligned in everyday life.
