Beyond the Shape: Ask us Anything

Yoga classes move fast. Bodies are unique. Questions pile up.
This is your space to get curious, try things on, and ditch the pressure to do it ‘right.’

Join Claire and Jenny for a casual, interactive session where you drive the conversation. Share the yoga questions you’ve been quietly carrying and we’ll explore them together through conversation and movement. We will explore real options and modifications together so you can actually feel what works in your own body.

Wondering about a pose that never feels right?
Confused about alignment cues?
Curious about mobility, strength, props, pain, or “am I doing this wrong?” thoughts?

Nothing is too basic or too nerdy.

We’ll demo variations, break things down in simple terms, and give you practical tools you can use immediately in class. Expect movement, experimentation, and plenty of permission to do yoga in a way that makes sense for you.

This is not about perfect poses.
It’s about understanding your body and building confidence in your practice.

Come hang out, get curious, and leave feeling more informed, empowered, and at home on your mat.

Claire discovered yoga at a very young age as her middle school offered a yoga class a couple times within a year. She always remembered feeling lighter and more peaceful through out the days she participated in class. After many years without a practice, she rediscovered yoga as a way to find movement in her body but discovered so much more. Claire primarily practices Vinyasa and Yin yoga and began to fully dedicate her self to her practice as a student. Claire challenges herself to try new and difficult things and fully immerses herself in a meditation practice which has helped her live more mindfully with presence.
After years of a consistent yoga practice at home and in a studio, Claire wanted to deepen her understanding of the philosophy of yoga and learn to share her passion with others. Claire graduated from a 200 hr Vinyasa teacher training in early 2024 and has made some major life changes to be able to share her love of yoga with others in hopes that her students are able to embrace each day with an open heart and an open mind. Claires approach to teaching is focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, as well as exertion and ease. She incorporates dynamic movements to help support each pose, connecting breath to movement.

Jenny is a yoga teacher, RN, and movement educator who weaves functional movement with accessible meditation and devotional practices. A registered nurse with a BSN and a background in post-surgical joint care, she brings over a decade of experience educating others on anatomy, recovery, and holistic wellbeing. She’s also a Third Degree Reiki practitioner and spent four years immersed in Nondual healing studies, adding depth and energetic precision to her work on and off the mat.

Her classes are a blend of grounded science, subtle energy, curiosity, and humor. Students often say she makes things feel both doable and meaningful, never too serious, always real.

As studio manager, she walks alongside the dreamers and doers, clearing paths, lighting candles, and helping turn big ideas into grounded reality. She's the behind-the-scenes anchor: whispering wild ideas into the right ears, wrangling chaos, and offering steady support and lots of joyful humor so teachers can bring their magic to life.
