We’re expanding in Cedar park with a brand new studio

Construction has started on a brand new Flow studio in Cedar Park. The new studio doubles the size of our current CP space with 4 rooms on 4,000 sqft plus a 2,000 sqft outdoor patio. The new location will open spring/summer 2020.

It’s been 9 years since Flow Yoga opened in Cedar Park. At the time, Flow was not just the only yoga studio but it was one of the only wellness or fitness centers in the city.

In that time, we have seen Cedar Park completely transform and nearly double in size. Our long time members can attest to that growth as our studio has been bursting at the seams and grappling with sold out classes for the last couple of years.

The last few few months we have been working on plans to significantly expand the size of our little Cedar Park Flow Yoga. In early 2020, the studio will be moving about a block down the street and growing to more than double the size.

The 4,000 square foot new studio is being completely built out and hand designed. There will be 4 rooms compared to our current 2 rooms, with the smallest room for intimate and specifically classes of 10-15 students and our largest room being able to host nearly 80 students. The new space will also include double the bathrooms, showers, spacious hallways and a lounge.

By Fall 2020 we aim to add-on an additional 2,000 square foot covered patio that will host large outdoor classes for nearly 100 students. The patio will also host special events throughout the year and when its not being used for a class or event it will be open to the public as a lounge with furniture and free wifi.

A little glimpse into
who we are

Flow Yoga Flowyogatx

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved teacher and community member, Jillian Coogan For more than three years, Jillian was a beautiful part of the Flow Yoga family. She brought a unique light into our spaces, joyful, quirky, deeply kind, and wholeheartedly devoted to healing. Whether teaching on the mat or offering bodywork at Flow Westgate, Jillian shared her gifts with genuine care, helping so many feel supported, restored, and seen. Jillian embodied the spirit of yoga in the way she lived, with openness, compassion, humor, and heart. Her presence touched countless lives, and the ripple of her kindness will continue to move through this community for years to come. At this time, we do not yet fully understand the circumstances surrounding her passing, and we ask for patience and compassion as we navigate this loss together. In collaboration with Jillian’s family, we invite our community to gather in her honor for a Celebration of Life on Friday, March 6th from 4 to 8pm at Flow Yoga Westgate. This will be a come and go gathering to remember Jillian, share stories, grieve together, and find comfort in community. We welcome you to stop by, hold space, and honor the beautiful light and love she shared with us all. In moments like this, words often fall short. We invite our community to pause, breathe, and hold Jillian in your hearts, perhaps dedicating a practice, a moment of stillness, or write a message in her honor at the little memorial table we created at the studio, the messages will be given to her family. May we care gently for one another as we move through this grief together. With love and reverence, Flow Yoga team
