We're taking a long weekend to embrace nature, push ourselves and get uncomfortable in the unrivaled natural beauty of Costa Rica . This is a primal getaway to disrupt your monotony. We'll do some outdoor yoga, trek through the jungle, practice breathwork, tread through the rivers and mud and find some calm while snorkeling or meditating.

Your Itinerary

This trip is an adventure, not a pampering. We'll hike, get dirty, swim in natural pools and snorkel for hours but there'll also be time to relax, hang loose or just chill in a hammock. Your participation in daily activities is highly encouraged but it's perfectly fine to sit one out.

This schedule is to give you an idea of how the week will look, things may shift as we get closer to the retreat as we factor in things like weather, and total attendance.

FAQs

Airfare, travel insurance, any incidentals such as massages or shopping, visa fees, are not included in the price.

Itinerary includes some self-guided at the beach, any activities, meals or purchases during this time are not included in the price.

Meals will include a round of beers or wine when available and appropriate; any additional rounds or hard liquor is not covered in the price.

We will capture your dietary needs in a survey prior to the retreat and pass this along to the on-site coordinators. However, note that all dietary preferences may not supportable in a foreign country. Flow Yoga advises bringing adequate and FDA-approved allergy medication on any foreign trip. If you have specific questions about your diet, please reach out so we can discuss.

Yes, this retreat is specifically designed to be an immersive group activity. As such, only shared rooms (double occupancy) are offered at this price. You will be staying in a villa with shared living room, modern kitchen/dining, two bathrooms and two double occupancy bedrooms (4 persons to a villa) - each with a separate twin bed. On-site coordinators will do their best to create a comfortable pairing for all participants. Organizers will also host orientation sessions in Austin to enable participants to get to know each other before the retreat.

Here are a few packing suggestions: One nice outfit, Comfy clothes, Yoga/exercise wear, Bathing suit, Beach towel, Hiking shoes, Flip flops/sandals, Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat, Small backpack for day trips, Water bottle

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds minus a 5% processing fee are available if requested 90 days or more before the retreat. No refunds are possible within 90 days of the retreat. In case of cancellation, you may transfer your reservation to another person with at least 21 days notice. Due to arrangements made with our vacation hosts, there can be no exceptions to this policy. Participants will be required to sign an application and liability waiver to participate on this trip.
