Join us for an immersive yoga retreat in nature and in community.
Our time together is curated around the principles of ritual, Ayurveda, and sattvic-living. Together, we’ll explore these practices as tools for promoting presence and reawakening in your daily life. The intention is for you to leave not only feeling rejuvenated, but also inspired to bring these micro-practices into your daily life.
Satva can be described as the quality of purity and serenity. Yoga and Ayurveda offer lifestyle recommendations and practices to support cultivating this quality in your life. Together, we will be doing just that - rising with the sun, eating ayurvedic meals, immersing with nature, moving our bodies and opening our hearts for connection.
Ritual is what allows our seemingly mundane habits to be reframed to something sacred, helping us connect more deeply to our lives. Curated practices like mindful eating, water blessing & chai making (among others) will be part of how we explore ritual together.
This retreat has been lovingly-curated, with special care and thought into each detail of the experience. We welcome you with open arms and warm hearts to come along for the immersion.
Seleste found yoga in 2017 and has been hooked since. She completed her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training in 2022. Her mission as a teacher is to share the teachings of yoga to help people find, know, and love their authentic self.
Marya began her yoga journey in 2012 while living in Beirut, Lebanon. She discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and dedicated the next 9 years of her life to practicing it in a traditional Mysore setting. Marya also fell in love with chanting & bhakti yoga during this time, primarily through the ISKON community. Today, she merges her passion for voice activation, dance and improvised movement, yoga & tantric philosophy as the core nucleus of her daily living.

[title] => Living Waters on Lake Travis
[description] =>
Living Waters on Lake Travis is a nature-inspired outdoor haven in Spicewood TX, just 45 minutes outside of central Austin.
The main house is where most of the group gatherings will take place. Participants will be sleeping in walking distance eco-cabins offering an outdoor-first glamping experience. The property is like a mini-village where you’ll exist in community with fellow retreaters. And if you desire privacy, you will enjoy discovering the unique and private hangout spots for you to rest in.
Our yoga practices will be taking place outdoors, in a covered pavilion next to a spacious courtyard.
In the ample downtime provided, you’ll be invited to explore the property, take naps in the hammocks, read under a tree, or simply just be.
Please note: Living Waters is located on Lake Travis, though due to historical droughts the water is quite low. The lack of water won't affect our experience together, but we do want to be transparent about nature's current offering. Let's collectively call in rain between now and our retreat dates so we may enjoy the lake at a fuller capacity.
