Rejuvenate and Reawaken

Join us for an immersive yoga retreat in nature and in community.

Our time together is curated around the principles of ritual, Ayurveda, and sattvic-living. Together, we’ll explore these practices as tools for promoting presence and reawakening in your daily life. The intention is for you to leave not only feeling rejuvenated, but also inspired to bring these micro-practices into your daily life.

Satva can be described as the quality of purity and serenity. Yoga and Ayurveda offer lifestyle recommendations and practices to support cultivating this quality in your life. Together, we will be doing just that - rising with the sun, eating ayurvedic meals, immersing with nature, moving our bodies and opening our hearts for connection.

Ritual is what allows our seemingly mundane habits to be reframed to something sacred, helping us connect more deeply to our lives. Curated practices like mindful eating, water blessing & chai making (among others) will be part of how we explore ritual together.

This retreat has been lovingly-curated, with special care and thought into each detail of the experience. We welcome you with open arms and warm hearts to come along for the immersion.

Are you ready to reawaken?

The retreat runs from:

Living Waters on Lake Travis

Living Waters on Lake Travis is a nature-inspired outdoor haven in Spicewood TX, just 45 minutes outside of central Austin.

The main house is where most of the group gatherings will take place. Participants will be sleeping in walking distance eco-cabins offering an outdoor-first glamping experience. The property is like a mini-village where you’ll exist in community with fellow retreaters. And if you desire privacy, you will enjoy discovering the unique and private hangout spots for you to rest in.

Our yoga practices will be taking place outdoors, in a covered pavilion next to a spacious courtyard.

In the ample downtime provided, you’ll be invited to explore the property, take naps in the hammocks, read under a tree, or simply just be.

You can learn more here

Please note: Living Waters is located on Lake Travis, though due to historical droughts the water is quite low. The lack of water won't affect our experience together, but we do want to be transparent about nature's current offering. Let's collectively call in rain between now and our retreat dates so we may enjoy the lake at a fuller capacity.

The Bunkhouse (single)

The Bunkhouse has four single beds (two bunk beds) - you can choose to rent one bed or the entire space. This minimalist eco-cabin comes with an outdoor deck that overlooks the water, and is perfect for star-gazing, reading a book, or hanging out with loved ones

Sleeps four. Your reservation is for one bunk in the shared space.

The Romantic Red Room  (queen)

This bungalow doesn't just have to be for couples - but it surely lends itself to a sense of privacy and rejuvenation. It has a queen bed,  an intimate deck on the roof, and some white bath robs to enjoy as you lounge on the hanging chairs.

Sleeps two.

The Firefly (king)

Tucked a little further out, this home  is the most private out of all the eco-cabins. While the design is inspired by tent camping, you can expect only luxury from the Firefly. You can find shade from the surrounded tree and your own little private nature sanctuary.
