Taylor first came to yoga in 2014 and quickly discovered that her yoga mat was a place to find a sense of contentment, self awareness, and mind-body connection. Over time, her deep passion for yoga fueled her desired to share the practice with others.Taylor's goal is to create a fun, inclusive space for students to find a sense of presence and mind-body connection through breath and movement. Her classes combine creative sequencing, a killer playlist, and a dose of inspiration to help students deepen their practice. After flowing with Taylor, students will undoubtedly step off their mat feeling refreshed and balanced.
