I discovered yoga as a teenager, and it has been a grounding force in my life for over 20 years. I became a teacher to share the gifts my practice has given me—connection, acceptance, and perspective. My all-levels flow classes offer mindful movement set to instrumental music, creating space to shift out of the mind and into the body, with breath as the anchor.
