Ashley W.

Ashley Weber (she/her) is the founder and lead instructor of The Pilates Apothecary. Her pilates journey began at 19 when she sought to build physical strength and discovered a lifelong practice of dynamic self-care. Since becoming a certified instructor in 2006, Ashley has taught with a focus on biomechanics, posture, and mindful movement, with a special passion for helping beginners feel comfortable on the pilates equipment. In 2014 she became certified in Hatha Yoga at Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX.

Ashley’s approach is deeply informed by her studies in herbal medicine, her dedication to body inclusivity, and her commitment to community care. She works intentionally to bridge the gap between those who need pilates the most and those who have access - offering a healing, supportive space where movement becomes a tool for connection, empowerment, and joy.
