As a freshman in high school I found yoga as a way to find focus & center. Yoga saved my life, simply put, recognizing my life path, what brings me true joy and my ability to share that gives me so much life.
I absolutely love music and have found a way to sync the music with movement. Realizing quickly college was not my path, I enrolled in a training and my time as a teacher started at the age 19 years old, now 28 she has completed 700hours of trainings here in the heart of Texas and Colorado.

Yoga is more of a lifestyle than showing up to a yoga mat for an hour, recently I finished a training in Ayurveda and feel passionate to bring balance in each waking moment. Noticing the qualities, and with the wisdom of Ayurveda bringing in balance to create a Sattvic state.

Ashlyn guides intuitively from the heart while she shares the potent practices of Pranayama, Meditation, Mudra, Mantra and all levels Asana. Her San Kulpa (Intention) is for her students to tap into their already existing omnipotent and omnipresent BLISS. Allow yourself to steep in supported, grounded poses as we  work deeply to unwind connective tissues to support the flow and even distribution of vital energy to the body.This late night offering will leave you feeling gooey in the best possible way and help you to ease into a restful night's sleep. Multiple props will be used to cradle your body. We have props available for use but you may like to bring your own of the following to get extra cozy: yoga mat, blanket(s), bolster/pillow, eye mask.

Start your day grounded, refreshed, and connected with this all levels yoga flow class in Zilker Park. We will meet in our Alma room at 9am to gather any mats/props that you would like to have for practice. At 9:05am, we will walk to Zilker park together to find the perfect spot to flow, surrounded by nature and the skyline of downtown Austin. Please remember to bring a water bottle. Come flow with us under the open sky — community, sunshine, and savasana await.
