Ashlyn is an 800+-hour yoga teacher who guides slow, grounding practices supported by music, breath, and somatic listening. She is currently studying Ayurvedic medicine at the California College of Ayurveda on the path to becoming a Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner, weaving yoga, rest, and nervous-system science into her work. Allow yourself to steep in supported, grounded poses as we work deeply to unwind connective tissues to support the flow and even distribution of vital energy to the body.This late night offering will leave you feeling gooey in the best possible way and help you to ease into a restful night's sleep.
