Brad N.

I stumbled into Flow Yoga, on a whim, for the first time in 2024. I had never taken a yoga class or stepped foot inside a yoga studio. That decision would prove to be a transformative moment in my life.
Enchanted by yoga's (at the time, unexpected) capacity to heal -- body, mind, and spirit -- and very much enjoying attending classes, I wanted to know more, I wanted to deepen my understanding of the practice, and I wanted to share the experience with others. I completed my 200 hr Vinyasa YTT in spring of 2025 and have found myself taking every opportunity to teach. It is truly an honor, a pleasure, and a privilege to guide fellow yogis in their practice.

The teacher gives step-by-step instructions and shows easier or harder options for each position. This class works for everyone - beginners get simpler options while more experienced students can try more challenging versions.
