Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.

One of the most popular yoga myths is the belief that you need to be flexible before ever setting foot on a mat. The truth is, flexibility isn’t a prerequisite. In fact, a regular yoga practice will actually help you become more flexible over time. Increased flexibility can help decrease the risk of injuries, create a better range of motion of joints, lengthen muscles, improve balance and overall health!Flexibility + mobility is a fun, judgment-free space, suitable for all levels. In this class we will work on different muscle groups and joints each week, using Functional movements, CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations), Kinstretch techniques as well as Myofascial release to improve range of motion and flexibility. Props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, and tennis balls will be used to target specific areas and help ease your body into the poses and stretches. Modifications and options will be offered throughout the class.

In fact, a regular yoga practice will actually help you become more flexible over time. Increased flexibility can help decrease the risk of injuries, create a better range of motion of joints, lengthen muscles, improve balance and overall health!Flexibility + mobility is a fun, judgment-free space, suitable for all levels. In this class we will work on different muscle groups and joints each week, using Functional movements, CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations), Kinstretch techniques as well as Myofascial release to improve range of motion and flexibility. The New Moon can be a powerful time to set intentions and practice self-inquiry, self-care, and compassion. During this restorative session, we will draw from the practices of yoga nidra and sound healing to support the body to deeply rest. This deep rest state can invite us to travel inwards, exploring what we would like to invite into our lives and what we would like to say "yes" to. We may also gain clarity on what no longer serves us and what aligned action feels best to bring us closer to our dreams. Bolsters, yoga mats, and blankets will be available at the studio. You are welcome to bring your own pillow, blanket, eye pillow, or anything else that will support you during the meditation. Option to bring a journal or sketchbook to use during reflection time.

Dynamic classes promote emotional well-being, mental clarity and stress relief. Appropriate for all abilities. Pro tip: Just starting out? The best way to get acquainted with Kundalini Yoga is to try out as many teachers and classes as possible. You’ll experience a great variety of exercises from class to class, so going to at least 5 classes will give you a good idea of what the practice is all about.

DEEP CHILL is a gentle, slow moving class designed to help you ease stress, reset your body, mind and spirit. There is enough movement to get the tension out of your system, and enough chilling out to prepare you for a relaxing, meditative experience   This class incorporates yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, somatic yoga, sound healing (depending on teacher) and community building.   Suitable to all bodies and abilities, modifications are offered throughout the practice. Pro tip: Reserve your spot in advance, this class is popular! Arrive early to allow the teacher to check in with you, have plenty of time to set up, unwind, relax and avoid disruptions by arriving at least 5min early. Class starts on time, we lock the doors in between classes. Props and mats are available, if you prefer you can also bring your own.

How do you do it? 🕯️Set Your Intention: Clearly define what or whom you wish to release. 🕯️Gather Materials: You'll need a cord or string, a candle, and scissors. 🕯️Create a Sacred Space: Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Light the candle to symbolize new beginnings. 🕯️Visualize: Hold the cord and visualize the connection you want to sever. 🕯️Cut the Cord: When you feel ready, cut the cord with the scissors, symbolizing the release. 🕯️Release and Reflect: Allow yourself to feel the release.
