Most Hatha classes move at a slower pace and give you a chance to to really dive deep into the pose, mentally and physically. So, as I mentioned - it is a great option for beginners because it teaches you the basics and foundations of the yoga practice. And, for experienced students, it’s an opportunity to increase your flexibility, strengthen your muscles and practice some of your favorite balances.

I am so happy to have found Flow Yoga. I regularly attend Stretch + Strength with teacher Selena Gervais and would highly reco I am so happy to have found Flow Yoga. I regularly attend Stretch + Strength with teacher Selena Gervais and would highly recommend this class. I take several other yoga classes, but this is my favorite. It can be challenging since it incorporates a fair amount of core exercises and some cardio in addition to stretching. This class is on Monday at North Loop. Selena is excellent and has such a welcoming, enthusiastic spirit. She will adjust the class routine at times to meet different people’s needs and is fun to work out with.
