Cody is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified teacher with over a thousand teaching hours in Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Power Flow, Hatha, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Deep Stretch, Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound Healing. His classes tend to provide challenge for all levels of practitioners and are usually accompanied by a personally curated playlist.
 
Cody believes in challenging students to explore their physical and mental edges in an effort to learn more about themselves. He encourages students to use props and modifications as much as they need to get the most out of their practices.

Cody was born and raised in eastern Pennsylvania but has called Austin, TX home for the past five years. When he’s not practicing and studying yoga, you can catch him outside by the water or playing flag football. Cody is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ Community and welcomes all to his classes.
