Gather in community for a chakra spirit journey: a guided path inward to restore, remember, and renew.A deeply immersive shamanic-infused hypnotherapy meditation designed to lead you through the energy centers of your body—your chakras—awakening your inner healer and reconnecting you with your truest self.Through gentle breathwork, guided visualization, and energy journeying, we’ll soften the layers of the mind and drop into a deep restorative state allowing you to access your subconscious and inner wisdom. Each chakra becomes a portal, revealing insights, releasing old patterns, and inviting harmony back into your physical and energetic body. This class is mostly lying down, allowing you to fully surrender. We’ll close with intentional breath to reawaken your system with clarity, lightness, and grounded peace. Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. Classes take place in the Alma room located in the front courtyard of Casa de Luz.*While we do have a limited number of mats available, we may not have enough for every student in larger classes. To ensure everyone is covered, we kindly ask that you bring your own mat if you have one. This way, those who truly need to borrow one can do so. With your help, we can continue to support one another and make our shared space comfortable and accessible for all.We also invite you to bring any personal items (blanket, eye mask, pillow, etc.) that will help you to feel extra comfortable during class.*Some of our classes may include optional physical touch, such as gentle adjustments or supportive contact, to help guide you in your practice. Your instructor will always announce this at the beginning of class. If you prefer not to receive any physical touch, please feel free to let the instructor know before class begins. We fully support your choice and want to ensure that you feel safe, respected, and comfortable at all times.Read class details

Breath is one of our most fundamental needs. Connecting with our breath connects us directly with the source of life. “Pranayama” is the practice of relating with life force through your breath and it is one of the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga. This breathwork class is grounded in the teachings of yoga. We will explore various breathing exercises that will open up our airways and nourish our bodies for the rest of the day. You will learn techniques that you can use to deepen your daily practice.“When the breath is disturbed, the mind is disturbed. When the breath is undisturbed, the mind is undisturbed and the yogi reaches a stable state. Therefore, one should practice with the breath.”— Patanjali, The Yoga Sutras Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat.
