Dana Arielle has traveled the globe sharing her wisdom and healing as a yoga and meditation teacher for over 13 years. After her intensive training at Laughing Lotus NYC in 2011, she has continued her education with Advanced trainings with Ana Forrest, is a certified Qi Gong instructor with Universal Healing Tao, and earned her Thai Massage certification from the Golden Lotus Massage School in Hawaii.
Dana is a seasoned Yoga Teacher Trainer who has trained the staff at Deepak Chopra, the Omega Institute in NY, and Kalani Oceanside Retreat Center in Hawaii. Dana received her Master’s Degree from Columbia University in Clinical Psychology in NYC at the esteemed Spirit/Mind/Body Institute.
Dana has been recognized by Yoga Journal Magazine for her service work abroad teaching yoga and creative arts therapy at schools and orphanages in Southeast Asia. Her classes pull from a vast body of wisdom on Tantra, Taoism, and holistic wellness. She has been featured as a meditation teacher on major television networks such as CNN, FOX and Telemundo. Dana is also the founder of a private coaching academy devoted to empowering women based out of Austin, Texas.

DEEP CHILL is a gentle, slow moving class designed to help you ease stress, reset your body, mind and spirit. There is enough movement to get the tension out of your system, and enough chilling out to prepare you for a relaxing, meditative experience This class incorporates yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, somatic yoga, sound healing (depending on teacher) and community building. Suitable to all bodies and abilities, modifications are offered throughout the practice.Pro tip: Reserve your spot in advance, this class is popular!Arrive early to allow the teacher to check in with you, have plenty of time to set up, unwind, relax and avoid disruptions by arriving at least 5min early. Class starts on time, we lock the doors in between classes.Props and mats are available, if you prefer you can also bring your own.
