Enrique O.

While born in Austin, I moved around for a bit before ending up in Arizona. After graduating college and trying to figure out what I wanted next, I ended up moving back to Austin in 2020. It was then when I was introduced to yoga and the Flow Yoga studios. I really fell in love with yoga because the community I found was so warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental when starting my practice. I found a lot of growth in my short 3 years of practicing and this was really the first exercise regiment that I've consistently stuck with for such a long time.
In my time at Flow Yoga, I've gotten close with the instructors I would take and eventually the owner of the studio and really good friend, Carolina pushed me to take the vinyasa training they offered in the spring of 2023. While hesitant at first and not particularly open to teaching, I had a wonderful time during the training, learned so much, and was actually really excited to start teaching vinyasa flows by the time I completed the training. Now, I've been teaching classes here and there since May of 2023 and I'm so excited to be a part of the Flow Team officially!
