Jennifer G.

Jennifer Guillory is a sound healer, yogic guide, breath nerd, tantric sex educator, musician, dancer, channel/medium and a perpetual student of life, movement and spirit. Her classes hold space to learn and practice techniques that you can implement into the stream and morsels of life to simultaneously ground and uplift. Her tantric based teachings serve to deepen the bonds of body and spirit to build and enhance fortified connections to both the physical and metaphysical.
For Jennifer, Tantra is about taming the tension and disciplining the structure of the overprotective external masculine shell to allow the subtle inner body of our feminine senses to awaken and develop, enabling the two sides to integrate and function together in harmonic union which provides enriched dimension and fullness in life.

Sound baths are sonic massages for the mind and body, especially the subtle body. The fine vibrations of sound will deeply penetrate and untangle the kinks in neural connections of the nervous system that previously had you bound, stuck and contracted. Jennifer will guide you through a 90 minute field of the healing sounds of drums, singing bowls, chimes and gongs while incorporating methods of yoga nidra to harmonize the masculine and feminine currents of the nervous system, assist the body into surrender and relax the mind out of the body’s way so that the body can naturally regenerate and integrate.Read class details
