Jess is a former astrophysics researcher who discovered yoga in 2021 while navigating health challenges. Through her practice, she found relief from physical pain along with a renewed sense of mental clarity, ultimately inspiring her to deepen her commitment to wellness and mindful movement.
After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Flow Yoga, Jess now teaches flow and vinyasa classes with an emphasis on breath, strength, and self-awareness. She is passionate about creating an inclusive space where students of all levels feel supported, encouraging each person to listen to their body and explore movement in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable.

We begin with a slower-paced Vinyasa flow for the first half of the session to warm the body and build mindful heat, before transitioning into a series of restorative poses supported by props.
