Kate P.

A lover of sports and physical movement, Kate has a BS in Kinesiology and Health and is a certified Personal Trainer. She has practiced yoga intermittently for nearly 20 years, but it was during her pregnancy in 2019 that she recognized the mental benefits and clarity yoga can offer. Kate felt called to embark on the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, which she completed in November 2024.
Kate loves to integrate strength and mobility into flows to physically exert the body, requiring the mind to be present, and then utilize a generous cool down and savasana to ground both body and mind - hopefully with a bit of playfulness and some laughs along the way. Life can be serious, but your practice doesn't have to be.

Hot Vinyasa yoga offers a dynamic hot yoga experience where poses flow together with breath in a hot room (80-85 degrees). Vinyasa keeps you constantly moving through creative sequences that never feel repetitive. The combination of heat and continuous movement creates an energizing practice that quickly builds internal warmth, promotes detoxification through sweat, and helps muscles stretch more deeply.  The hot environment (80-85 degrees) intensifies the experience, creating greater flexibility and a purifying sweat without the extreme temperatures of some other hot yoga styles.Read class details
