Kristen A.

Kristen is a licensed mental health professional, teen therapist, and 200-hr RYT who found her way to the mat when struggling with her own mental health in her late twenties. Since that time, she has consistently come back to her practice to find peace and joy. She is passionate about helping folx find belonging within their own body. Her practices are grounding and nurturing focusing on mindful movement with fun and laughter sprinkled in along the way. She enjoys invitations on the mat to listen from within and celebrates the use of props!
