Kristi Floyd is a librarian and a certified 200-RYT. Yoga helped her get on the path of healing her body, mind, and sense of self with postures and meditation. She realized she wanted to deepen her yoga practice by becoming a yoga teacher and learning more about yoga philosophy. Yoga is now a part of every aspect of Kristi’s life. She loves the way connecting breath with intention, postures and meditation can help everybody find their spiritual path. Kristi is a voracious reader and believes books and yoga can change the world.
