I'm an Air Force veteran turned yoga instructor, a proud mom who’s passionate about movement, mindfulness, and a touch of adventure. Whether I’m hiking a trail, riding horses, flowing through Vinyasas, or just chasing the best tacos in town, I’m all about living life to the fullest. I teach Hatha, and Flexibility-Focused yoga styles—each one offering its own balance of strength, stillness, and stretch. With a deep understanding of the body’s muscles and mechanics, I love helping others improve their flexibility and range of motion—especially when they surprise themselves with a pose they never thought possible. Yoga keeps me grounded, but pushing limits (on the mat and off) is where the fun begins!
