Laura’s love for yoga originated from her self healing journey with hypermobility and arthritis. She teaches gentle, restorative, and beginner-friendly Hatha Kundalini. Her classes incorporate pranayama, gentle asana, and self-healing tools such as reflexology massage.
Growing up in East Asia, Laura was influenced heavily by the eastern medicine system which believes in the wisdom of the human body in its powers to self-regulate. She is knowledgeable with the meridian lines rooting back to IChing theories. Her mantra as yogi is to create practices accessible for all.
