Mandy K.

Mandy Kleint grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where a deep connection to nature and spirituality was woven into her being from an early age. After decades of intellectualizing her trauma, anxiety, depression, and CPTSD in traditional talk therapy, it was through conscious breathwork that Mandy experienced her first true union of mind, body, and spirit — shifting from intellectual understanding into embodied healing.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to guide others back to their own innate healing power through the breath.

As an instructor, Mandy creates a nurturing, non-judgmental space where participants are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Her classes integrate breathwork, meditation, sound therapy, and gentle movement — offering an experience that releases tension, regulates the nervous system, and restores the spirit.

In addition to her breathwork classes, Mandy leads a thriving Women’s Circle and Men’s Group focused on authentic connection, healing, and empowerment. She believes that while healing begins within, it is amplified through conscious community — gathering together to listen, witness, and uplift one another.

Mandy’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that everything you need to heal already exists inside of you. Her role is simply to create the sacred space for you to remember.

Immerse yourself in a meditative practice designed to guide you inward, inviting you to connect with the subtle dimensions of your awareness. Rooted in the ancient art of Pranayama, which blends Prana (vital energy) with Yama (restraint), this class creates a space where you will explore the natural ebb and flow of your life force energy.Whether you’re new to breathwork or deepening your practice, Mandy’s sessions offer a safe, welcoming sanctuary where you can simply be. As you practice the two-part breath technique, your mind will be given permission to relax, creating space for your body to release the messages hidden beneath the surface. With every breath, you will uncover deeper layers of yourself, revealing moments of liberation, clarity, and profound self-realization.Each session is unique, and you will receive exactly what you need in the moment. As you journey through the breathwork, you will be gently supported by meditation, sound healing, and a peaceful savasana, allowing you to integrate and ground the transformative energies you’ve accessed.Come as you are—this class is for everyone, and you will leave feeling more connected, centered, and restored. Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. Step into a sacred container where breath meets voice, silence meets sound, and the soul remembers itself. The Sacred Exhale: A Breath & Sound Immersion is a collaborative experience guided by Mandy Kleint and Gregory Alexander — two passionate facilitators devoted to the healing power of presence, vibration, and embodiment. This 90-minute experience invites you into the sanctuary of your breath through Mandy’s restorative breathwork journey — a practice rooted in ancient pranayama and modern trauma-informed healing. Through a gentle two-part breath, you’ll be guided inward to soften the mind, open the heart, and release what no longer serves. As the breath deepens, Gregory will weave improvised vocal soundscapes, harmonic layering, and live instrumentation — crystal bowls, chimes, drum, gong, bells, and more — creating a cocoon of pure vibration that resonates through every cell of your being. His voice, described as “a magician’s spell and a balm for the soul,” amplifies the energetic realignments initiated by the breath. This is not performance. It is communion — between you and yourself, you and the unseen, you and the frequencies that remember wholeness. What to expect:Guided two-part breathwork to open the heart, calm the nervous system, and release stagnation.Improvised soundscapes featuring vibrations of singing bowls, channeled vocals, bells, gong, rattles, shakers, native flute, and guitar.A deeply resonant vibrational experience that supports emotional and energetic alignment.Gentle guided meditation and grounding practices to integrate the experience. No experience is required. Come as you are, breathe as you are, and be held in the healing resonance of your own truth. Please bring a yoga mat and anything to help you feel deeply comfortable: blanket, pillow, eye mask, journal, or sacred object.Arrival time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.Read class details
