at 3rd EyeJoin us for a women’s clothing and book swap rooted in community, connection, and conscious sharing. Gather with us in the front courtyard as spring unfolds around us!
This is an invitation to release what no longer serves you and receive what’s meant for you next. Bring clothes and books that carry good energy, stories, and care, and discover pieces that feel aligned with where you are now. This is a space to slow down, connect with other women, and honor the abundance that flows when we share with intention.
All items left behind will be donated to a local shelter.
The official swapping will take place 12-1:30pm. You are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to set out your things. The courtyard is always a community space so you are welcome to linger as long as you would like. You might find it nice to grab an elixir inside of our cacao lounge, grab lunch at Casa de Luz or check out some of the other local shops inside of the village.
Please bring your own bag to take your new items home in.
Mandy Kleint grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where a deep connection to nature and spirituality was woven into her being from an early age. After decades of intellectualizing her trauma, anxiety, depression, and CPTSD in traditional talk therapy, it was through conscious breathwork that Mandy experienced her first true union of mind, body, and spirit — shifting from intellectual understanding into embodied healing.
Her mission is simple yet powerful: to guide others back to their own innate healing power through the breath.
As an instructor, Mandy creates a nurturing, non-judgmental space where participants are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Her classes integrate breathwork, meditation, sound therapy, and gentle movement — offering an experience that releases tension, regulates the nervous system, and restores the spirit.
In addition to her breathwork classes, Mandy leads a thriving Women’s Circle and Men’s Group focused on authentic connection, healing, and empowerment. She believes that while healing begins within, it is amplified through conscious community — gathering together to listen, witness, and uplift one another.
Mandy’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that everything you need to heal already exists inside of you. Her role is simply to create the sacred space for you to remember.

Hannah’s yoga practice started out as a form of exercise and stress relief that slowly evolved into a lifestyle as she began to recognize the benefits that yoga offers on and off the mat. Yoga has helped Hannah to become more present, enjoy the little things, and see the beauty in everything. It has also helped her to feel empowered and confident by listening to and trusting her body, knowing that everyone’s body is different. After several years of practicing yoga and acknowledging a shift in her perspective as well as her overall well-being, she felt called to become a teacher to share these feelings with others in the community. Hannah completed her 200 hour teacher training with Practice Yoga Austin in 2021 and is certified through Yoga Alliance.
She has found that slowing down on your mat can translate to slowing down in life which everyone can benefit from. Her teaching style is a slow, intentional flow with an emphasis on the breath and alignment. She leads her classes at a steady pace that allows you to fully connect breath with movement so that you can get out of your head and into your body.
Hannah believes that movement is medicine and yoga is for everyone. She is passionate about holding space for people from all walks of life to come to their mats to connect with and learn about themselves and others. She strives to create an uplifting environment where all feel welcomed and supported, making each class accessible to all levels by offering modifications and using clear instructional cues. Her goal as a teacher is to inspire others to be present, cultivate kindness, and live authentically by practicing self love.
