Hi, I’m Moli! Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN.
 
I took a leap of faith into the world of yoga, training in Original Hot Yoga and Yin.
 
My teaching style? Chill vibes, gentle growth, and just enough humor to make you forget how long you’ve been holding that pose. My goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out. I believe yoga is for everyone, and I love seeing my students grow and find their own unique path.
 
I’ve had the joy of teaching yoga all over the country—from cozy studios to music festivals. My mission is simple: to help you slow down, show up, and find the magic in just being you.
 
Grab your mat, your curiosity, and maybe a block (you’ll thank me later). I can’t wait to meet you and share some laughs, some movement, and a little moment of zen!

Yin is a slow, mindful practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Working with the energetic systems of the body, Yin Yoga brings the body into balance, and improves its natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down supported by the use of props, and are held in stillness for several minutes. As we move into stillness, we bring body, breath and soul into harmony. It’s a perfect complement to physical yoga practice. You will leave class feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.
